How Much Does An Extra Week Cost Our Clients?
You know the numbers – and they’re not good for your balance sheet! Your margins are tightly tied to the timing – extra interest payable, lost income, higher rental costs – these all affect your margins on the project. We pride ourselves on delivering the completed project with everything signed off, on (or before )the specified handover date without cutting corners. For us, it’s a question of planning and reflects our core commitment to our clients.
Accurate Quoting Clarifies Expectations – No Surprises or Added Extras.
The last thing you want is an enormous gap between the amount you were quoted and the amount you are invoiced for. Our project management experience shows that different clients prefer different options and so we offer the following options on most quotes: fixed lump sum; design and construct; cost plus; or turnkey. If we suspect that something important has not been specified in your drawings we check with you and verify that our quote matches the building you want to construct.
